Frontier Communications was established and registered in the UAE in 2012 in order to serve the growing demand for digital marketing expertise in the initially Middle East region.

Our strong customer focus and great ability to deliver meant that we were successfully able to expand our work to North America, Europe and Asia/Pacific.

Today we are delighted to count some of the world’s best companies among our client base but also proud to able to feel the strong partnership with our clients and planning and executing their campaigns.

Ayman is a strong believer in the role of marketing in building growth for organizations both large and small and that the days when marketers resisted being measured are long gone, every marketing activity should be designed and implemented in such a way that enables its impact on sales or revenues can be accurately measured and assessed again preset targets.

Previously, Ayman worked for Fujitsu in several capacities including Head of Marketing for Emerging Markets and VP of Global Portfolio Strategy and Marketing managing a large multinational team to transform how Fujitsu introduces and presents its offerings to markets around the world with factual but compelling value propositions and digital assets for both sales activities and marketing campaigns.

Prior to Joining Fujitsu Ayman worked for SAP as VP of Sales for Middle East and North Africa, and for Oracle as VP for the Arabian Gulf region and Head of Marketing for Middle East/Africa and Eastern/Central Europe where he oversaw a transformation from traditional to digital marketing, from pure country model to shared services, and from start-stop marketing to continuous marketing.

Ayman holds a BSc in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Ain Shams University and an MBA in International Business from University of Edinburgh.

Eman is a seasoned business leader with many years of business and marketing experiences having worked for several multinationals covering Eastern/Central Europe and Middle East/Africa. In addition to her solid marketing background and business acumen she has IT consulting and project management experience having run projects for regional major organizations in banking, government, telecoms, and retail.

Eman believes that formulating a strong go-to-market strategy that combines both digital and physical while leveraging AI elevates the brand value, drives engaging customer experience, and enhances partnering with supplies and clients. She is passionate about leveraging digital technologies to drive innovation, automation and to businesses transformation.

The diversity of the roles Eman had held has enabled her to build strong skills in enterprise management, enterprise design, strategy formulation, marketing management, marketing automation, program management, eCommerce and omnichannel, ecosystems and strategic alliances.

In her most recent role Eman worked for IBM as Head of Industry Marketing for Middle East Africa. Prior to that she worked for Oracle and SAP in various regional marketing leadership roles.

Eman is a communications engineering graduate of Cairo University, holds an MBA in International Business from Manchester Business School, as well as several executive certifications from MIT and INSEAD.
